When your dog goes in the door, the welded aluminum outer frame stays stationary and only the inner clear Plexiglass panel moves. Even our puppies quickly learned how to maneuver these doors. This door has a “Lifetime Warranty” (includes chewing) in which they are free from defect for the life of your dog.
